Products & Services

Premiere Roofing and Carpentry, Inc. offers a diverse array of commercial and residential roofing services.

Maintenance

Required to maintain most manufacturers’ warranties, maintenance involves the physical inspection of an existing roofing system to determine its current condition, detect weaknesses and failures and identify any potential future problems. Through a program of regularly scheduled annual or semiannual inspections, our technicians assist owners in protecting their roofing investments by seeking to identify damage in its early stages. Early detection of leaks and roofing system failures make it possible for us to repair and extend the life of a roofing system through repair or restoration, which is significantly less expensive and time consuming than re-roofing. We also offer our customers a facility management program to coordinate maintenance, repair, restoration and re-roofing as needed.

Inspections

Proactive leak prevention the average useful life of a roof is estimated to be approximately 14 years. Due to a lack of customer awareness of the savings that can result from a long-term, consistent roof maintenance program, customers and competitors have traditionally taken an all-or-nothing approach to roofing expenditures. Our maintenance-oriented approach to customer service provides cost-effective solutions to our customers.

Storm Roof damage

It is not uncommon for the average homeowner to be unaware that typical water or roof damage, for instance, is covered by insurance. They feel the responsibility for the repairs is their own and either payout of pocket or don't fix it at all due to lack of funds.

Once damages are confirmed and you have filed a claim with your insurance carrier, the insurance company will assign an adjuster who can guide you through the process. While doing that, we can be available to answer any questions regarding your property repairs that you or your adjuster may have on the contractor’s side of things.
