Extend roof life and save significant capital expense restoration. This involves the major repair of the roofing system, including the repair of all penetrations and re-surfacing of the roof to restore it to serviceable condition.

We are able to inform building owners when a roof is approaching the end of its 14-year average life cycle through our regularly scheduled maintenance and repair program. The opportunity to perform restoration work normally exists two or three years prior to the end of a roof's life cycle and before significant damage occurs.

As many as 10 years can be added to the useful life of the roof through restoration and typically the cost of restoration is one-half the cost of re-roofing.

Storm Roof damage

It is not uncommon for the average homeowner to be unaware that typical water or roof damage, for instance, is covered by insurance. They feel the responsibility for the repairs is their own and either payout of pocket or don't fix it at all due to lack of funds.

Once damages are confirmed and you have filed a claim with your insurance carrier, the insurance company will assign an adjuster who can guide you through the process. While doing that, we can be available to answer any questions regarding your property repairs that you or your adjuster may have on the contractor’s side of things.
